Challenge:: Carry out triage without exposing staff and keep isolated patients connected with their families.
Solution:: The robot performed autonomous triage and began hosting video calls between patients and relatives.
Result:: Calls of around 15 minutes brought together more relatives than an in-person visit; the main users were elderly patients and those with long hospital stays.
