Robots for shopping malls: from the food court tray to the corridor floor

Tray transport in the food court, autonomous cleaning of corridors and car parks, visitor service and brand activations — with deployment, maintenance and training for the mall's team.

The context

The problem we solve

In the food court, staff spend peak hours carrying trays to the kitchen instead of clearing and cleaning tables.

Corridors and the food court need cleaning several times a day, with the mall open and shoppers walking through.

Management needs to prove cleaning frequency and, at the same time, bring in novelties that drive foot traffic.

Delivery

What we deliver

Design, approval, deployment and ongoing support from our own technical team.

Trays in the food court

BellaBot and Robios Cargo carry trays and dishes between tables, return points and the kitchen, with up to 40 kg per trip, so staff can focus on clearing and cleaning tables.

Corridor and food court cleaning

CC1 and CC1 Pro sweep, vacuum, scrub and dry on scheduled routes, at 700 to 1,000 m² per hour per robot (CC1), with a report of the area cleaned per cycle.

Car parks and loading docks

MT1 and MT1 MAX sweep large areas on routines outside peak hours.

Visitor service and guidance

Pepper and Robios welcome visitors, point out shops and services and run satisfaction surveys in Portuguese.

Media and promotion

KettyBot moves around with an 18.5-inch advertising screen and guides customers to the shop or promotion.

Brand activations and high-traffic dates

Humanoids and robot dogs at openings, campaigns and holidays, with an on-site technician and a script.
