Robots for hotels: staff with the guest, the robot with the back-and-forth

Room delivery, restaurant support and autonomous cleaning of common areas — so staff spend less time walking and more time with guests.

The context

The problem we solve

Requests for towels, amenities and room service send staff across the hotel several times per shift.

At breakfast and during events, the dining room needs more hands precisely when the team is leanest.

The lobby, corridors and event rooms must stay clean all day, without interrupting guest circulation.

Delivery

What we deliver

Design, approval, deployment and ongoing support from our own technical team.

Room delivery

FlashBot takes towels, amenities and orders to the room door, using the lift and with a closed compartment.

Restaurant and breakfast

BellaBot carries dishes and drinks to the dining room, with up to 40 kg per trip.

Reception and guidance

KettyBot welcomes guests, guides them to the restaurant or event room and shows the schedule on screen.

Cleaning of common areas

CC1 and CC1 Pro in the lobby, corridors and event rooms; MT1 VAC on carpets.

Events and experiences

Humanoids and robot dogs at conventions, launches and guest activities.

Hotel staff training

Housekeeping, food and beverage and reception teams trained to run the robots day to day, with technical support in Brazil.
